Recently, the global semiconductor supply chain has undergone drastic volatility. Key raw materials required for ATP-01 products, including (TI)high-precision operational amplifiers, power management ICs, tantalum capacitors, polymer capacitors, power transistors, precision resistors & capacitors, PCB boards and connectors, are suffering from two major issues: sharp price hikes and severe market shortages.

Given such uncontrollable external market conditions, we have conducted comprehensive internal assessments. To sustain stable high-quality product delivery and ensure normal business operation, we hereby implement the following adjustments effective immediately:

1.Product Price Adjustment

All ATP-01 prices will rise 1.8~2.5 times due to higher raw material costs.

Please check the latest price with our sales before ordering.

2.Controlled Supply Allocation

Due to tight stock availability, we will adopt a controlled supply allocation policy. Priority will be given to long-term cooperative clients and orders for time-critical projects.

Our Countermeasures to Alleviate Supply Pressure

Our R&D and procurement teams are taking full-scale actions to mitigate the impact:

1.Diversify Sourcing Channels

We are mobilizing all available resources to source qualified alternative suppliers and build multi-channel procurement systems.

2.Accelerate Technical Upgrade & Alternative Schemes

The R&D team is speeding up the development of material replacement solutions and new-generation products, so as to lower reliance on scarce core components at the design stage.

Once the alternative solutions pass verification and enter mass production, we will promptly roll back product prices to reward our partners, together with full technical documentation and after-sales support.

Procurement Suggestions for Your Reference

Non-urgent projects: We recommend delaying your procurement schedule until market supply-demand balance recovers or our upgraded new products are released, for more cost-efficient purchasing.

Urgent delivery demands: Please submit a priority application to our sales team. We will activate our emergency stock coordination mechanism to fully meet your urgent project requirements.
