We also provide technical support and hardware equipment for comprehensive solutions of power monitoring, IOT,smart grid and cloud server.
SHANGHAI PINYAN TECHNOLOGY M&C CO.,LTD has two wholly-owned subsidiaries.
1. MEATROL ELECTRICAL(shortened as MEATROL) is treated as company brand name.
2. ROGOWSKI TECHNOLOGY(SHANGHAI) CO.,LTD, is in charge of international trade.
As a national high-tech enterprise, MEATROL has a number of national industrial certifications, pants for invention, certificates of intellectual property and software copyright. Additionally, we do have special R&D department, Cooperation with Shanghai Jiaotong University(SJU) and South China University of Technology(SCUT) to develop many new products for power grid standard every year.
MEATROL has a strong R&D team,the number of various technicians and workers is more than 50, Bachelor degree over 60%, Master degree or above over 10%.
we even own so many international advanced fully-automatic production equipments and precised calibrated instruments.covers an area of approx 2000 squares.
We possess more than 100 sets of world-class testing and production equipment, including 3-phase current and voltage harmonic power generator, high current generator, oscilloscope, high bit multimeter, lightning generator, harmonic generator, intermediate frequency spot welding machine, extruder, stripping machine, wire cutting machine and 24-hour automatic winding machine. Each winding machine is controlled by 4 servo motors which is programming by ourselves. In China, there is only half-automatic winding machine now. We have independently developed automatic calibration system base on LabVIEW, consisting of NI acquisition card, this system certified 0.1% accuracy by SHANGHAI ELECTRICAL INSTITUTE. Moreover, solutions of customization are available as well, including single-use design and OEM volume production.
Through many years of efforts, we have succeeded with sound reputation. Our products now have achieved many universal certificates like CE, UL,REACH,RoHs and IP68 and exported directly to more than 70 countries. We even have been worldwide supplier of many international famous company like SIEMENS, Schneider, ETON and LOVATO, etc. We are a long term partnership with several express companies, such as UPS, DHL and FEDEX, providing customers with convenient international door-to-door service.
MEATROL produced more than 400k pcs different coils every year. The rogowski coil sale volume is No.1 in China. Each model has an unique calibration report before shipping. Lead time is very short, approx 3-5days for samples.15days for mass goods.
We promised that if there is any problem during using in one year,we will send 1pcs new model for replacement.
